S6E11 EIR- Exit, Stage Left… I said LEFT!

Hidden Valley: 

Act 1: Cave in Ruins

After grabbing the hammer, the cave begins to collapse. Agnes tells Gary to turn left, Gary turns right and gets us lost. Upon exit we meet 2 giant hangry dogs with 3 heads. Thanks to Agnes’ presence, we win.

Act 2: Goblins Within

Heading out the gorge, the goblin horde followed Ymath’s scent and set up an ambush. Venegral flew like Superman and laser beamed everyone. A few goblins spun themselves to death and Agnes was eaten alive by a giant squig, twice (but still lives). Katja, aka: Legolas-ette, aka: Bounty Hunter Supreme Justice, pokes a squig, then wears it as a helmet trophy.

Act 3: Wanderer on the Reik

Made it out of Black Fire Pass, restocked then headed to Nuln. Boy with bad haircut sends flying mutants into Gary’s sword and to their deaths. Queen B, congratulates us and we head to Altdorf. In Kemperbad, we pick up the hitchhiker better known as the Wanderer, who spills all the beans. Venegral sees things in the sky. An evil boat approaches. End scene.

GM’s Version: After escaping the gorge with the hammer, the goblins ambushed them and Agnes lost 2 resilience points fighting a colossal squig. They are racing towards Middenheim to renew the hammer. The wizard Venegral sees tears in reality above major cities as the realm of chaos is piercing the veil and merging with the world.

Leaving the Tower : Without success, Agnes shook the study books hoping to find the 6 th key inside a cutout. Henryk insisted, “This basalt base is over 2000 years old. The layer of dust suggests 100 years undisturbed. I still say the surviving heir of that portrait family has the 6 th magical key.” They returned to the barge full of snoring dwarves. Come morning, they announced the tower cleansed. Master Anjuyllis convinced them to stay, “Only 4 days to complete. The easiest gold per day you’ll ever earn.” On the 5 th day, Anjuyllis acted as pay-master, and handed them script, “Empire IOU, payable in Kemperbad or any large city. As good as gold and without the weight.” On the horizon : They set their sights on Kemperbad where they hoped to find ‘Ostmark Loorbeer c/o The Plummet’s Prospect ’.
